What differentiates Acuity PPM from other similar products?

Ease to set up, very user friendly and a very helpful support system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The GUI, its ease of use allows you to jump in without having to watch multiple videos to gain understanding

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability to customize reports, dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

to try it out, talk to Tim - he is receptive, easy to work with and tries his hardest to accommodate and accelerate ,

What differentiates Acuity PPM from other similar products?

The primary differentiator is that it has clearly been designed by those who understand project management beyond just the scope of execution processes. It accounts for and streamlines the end to end process from intake through completion at the portfolio scale.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The new scheduler is very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The simplicity of its design and use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend giving this product a try. From implementation to use, this product is not only easy to use, but it is easy to tailor to your process. You will be able to quickly prioritize, plan, and schedule work across your portfolios while keeping a bird's eye view on it all!
