Aging CRM struggling to compete

What differentiates Act! from other similar products?

Act! seems to have lost the edge it once, perhaps, had in the CRM space. Development was/is stagnant and integration with other systems is difficult or not possible. Other competitors are taking over and we are likely to shift to a new CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Can be used simply for staff that don’t want to have a steep learning curve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of full CRM features that competitors have, stability and reliability, and integrating with our own custom web applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look closely at alternatives and focus on what your company needs from a CRM.

Information transfer between Outlook for contact history

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently Act 26 not compatible with Outlook 365

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Until Act becomes compatible with outlook 365, do not upgrade outlook as the valuable functionality of automatic data transfer between the tow platforms is or was great.
