Again, this solution is by far the most easy to use, set up and administer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system feels laggy sometimes for some reason and the missing & symbol is very strange as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a small company in needs of a product that get all done very easy, you can't go wrong with this.

Great Customization and Integration with M365

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
I've been a practice leader at some of the largest management consulting firms in the world, and this PSA is hands-down the most customizable to the needs of YOUR firm/practice... and on top of that, it's integration with Microsoft 365 is brilliant. Now your users don't have to be CRM wizards to ensure that all the right client communiques are recorded properly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft 365 integration and customization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of multi-currency support; limited report/document customization (though it's better than most);
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're a small- to mid-sized firm, operating in ONE country (or at least with ONE currency), then Accelo is the clear leader.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
Accelo has good project management options. It gives you access to your team projects and where they are in each step of their project. The color coding is very nice and you can see where everyone is at a pretty easy glance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use, the customizations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Accelo is pretty basic. There is not backend for clients. There is very limited project automation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If each of the projects in your business are unique, Accelo is a good option. If your business projects are typically the same, I would suggest something different that gives you more project template automation.
