What differentiates Absorb LMS from other similar products?

Absorb LMS allowed us to customize use of the software to fit well into the clinical research training field., What really sets Absorb apart for me is how intuitive and clean everything feels. I’ve used other systems that felt clunky or overwhelming, but Absorb makes building and assigning content so much easier. It’s helped us streamline onboarding and reduce the back-and-forth that used to come with training. I also love how much you can automate—enrollments, reminders, tracking—it just takes a lot of the burden off our team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization to theme and logo, and work with implementation manager. He was excellent in scheduling, explaining, and assisting in any way I needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The AI creator could be better, along with larger base of stock photos. Other course features including card flip and hover to zoom would be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're on the fence, make the leap! Absorb LMS is easy to use, highly customizable, and has truly simplified how we deliver training. Take time to explore all the automation features—they’ll save you so much time in the long run. And don’t be afraid to dive in—the platform is intuitive, and their support team is great if you ever need help.
