What is Abnormal Security?

The Abnormal Security platform protects enterprises from targeted email attacks. Abnormal Behavior Technology (ABX) models the identity of both employees and external senders, profiles relationships and analyzes email content to stop attacks that lead to account takeover, financial damage and organizational mistrust. Though one-click, API-based Office 365 and G Suite integration, Abnormal sets up in minutes and does not disrupt email flow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

not very much insight and details on a missed event and resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give more insight on why a item got missed and if there is anything the administrator could do to help off set those missed events. When asked for more details, a generic reply is received back but no details. It's all kind of blind faith.

From what I've experienced, Abnormal takes a hands-on approach. Works with the admins answering any questions they may have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price is always a good answer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take into account how many admins you'll have. We have one person who is able to run this by himself.

Email Account Protection Security measures preventing your mailboxes from being hijacked or intercepted by third party malicious actors.

Integration with Other Security Software Service will integrate with existing security systems, such as firewalls, SOAR, SIEM, endpoint security, or other security components.

Malware Blocking Blocking of emails containing malicious attachments. This may include immediate deletion or quarantining of the emails in question.
